Kehrela Hodkinson was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980, after graduating from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She established her first law office in Los Angeles, California in 1982, where her practice concentrated on nonimmigrant visas and employment and family-based immigration matters. After moving to San Francisco, California in 1987, she founded a second immigration law firm and continued to provide expertise relating to temporary and permanent visas for business personnel and family-based immigration.
Since 1994, Ms. Hodkinson has exclusively practiced US immigration and nationality law in London, representing a broad range of corporate and individual clients in connection with nonimmigrant visa matters, immigrant visa petitions, extraordinary ability petitions and family-based immigrant petitions. In addition, she provides advice relating to maintaining permanent resident status and expatriation issues.
Ms. Hodkinson is a founding member of the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL), which is comprised of 19 of the top U.S. business immigration law firms. ABIL now has over 140 attorneys devoted to business immigration in 21 major U.S. cities, plus Cologne, Hong Kong, London, Monterrey, Mumbai, Shanghai, Tokyo, Toronto and Vancouver. Ms. Hodkinson has been nominated by her peers to the International Who's Who of Business Immigration Lawyers. She is the Interim Chair of the newly formed Rome District Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is also a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, American Women Lawyers in London and the Society of English and American Lawyers. Ms. Hodkinson is a frequent speaker at professional conferences regarding US visa processing in London and is the author of the article "E-1/E-2 Visas - An Overview of the London Treaty Visa Office", The Visa Processing Guide and Consular Posts Handbook, 2006-2007 Edition, as well as the author of the London, UK chapter of The Visa Processing Guide and Consular Posts Handbook 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 Editions, American Immigration Lawyers Association She is often asked to testify before UK courts with respect to US immigration ramifications related to child custody matters and issues regarding treaty investor/treaty trader status.

Nita Upadhye is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and the University of Notre Dame Law School. She joined Hodkinson Law Group in 2003, where she concentrates on business related immigration matters for our corporate and individual clients with a focus on consular processing.
Prior to moving to London, Ms. Upadhye worked for a large immigration law firm in the US where she successfully assisted high tech professionals, treaty investors, multinational executives, foreign nationals of extraordinary ability and outstanding researchers in visa matters. She also assisted clients in matters at the Port of Entry and the US Consulate in Nogales, Mexico.
During law school Ms. Upadhye provided legal assistance to immigrants at the Notre Dame Immigration Clinic and volunteered at the South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project. She also completed internships at the US Department of State in Washington DC, and at the American Embassy in Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to law school Ms. Upadhye served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia.
Ms. Upadhye is a member of the Arizona State Bar, American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Women Lawyers in London and Society of English and American Lawyers.

Janice Flynn is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and The John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Flynn has worked in the area of US immigration since 1996 with a focus on corporate and family-based issues. She joined Hodkinson Law Group in 2007, where she concentrates on business related matters for the firm's corporate and individual clients.
Ms. Flynn is a member of the State Bar of Illinois, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.

Sharon Noble graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983 and received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1988.
Ms. Noble has practiced US immigration law exclusively since 1996, concentrating on business related immigration matters with an emphasis on nonimmigrant visa petitions for corporate employees, individual investors and entrepreneurs, employment based immigrant petitions and extraordinary ability petitions. Prior to joining the firm in London, Ms. Noble practiced corporate real estate and health care law in Los Angeles.
Ms. Noble is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
